This tea produces a full bodied taste tending astringent (brisk) with a slight heady bouquet. Full green tea flavor. Luing Ching is a steamed green tea produced with a special 10 part handmade processThe side of West Lake in Zhejiang Province grows the tea used to produce Dragonwell. Dragonwell is distinguished by its beautiful shape, emerald colour, scented smell and tending sweet floral character.

Mass Market teas typically have a 5-6% antioxidant level. This tea has a ultra high antioxidant level of 14.5%

Hot Tea:
- Boil water and let cool to 180F/90C
- Steep for 3 minutes (longer=stronger)
- Use approx. 1 tsp per cup
- To re-infuse use higher temperature/less time

Iced Tea:
- Pour 1 1/4 cups boiled water on 6 tsps of tea
- Steep for 5 minutes
- Pour into pitcher while straining leaves.
- For a quart of tea add ice & top w/cold water
- Garnish and sweeten to taste
