We accept money orders or checks offline if you call us first. : Please allow 10 business days for checks to clear if they are not certified. We do not recommend, and are not responsible for cash payments shipped via post. Note: We only accept offline payments in USD.

We use priority mail doemstically and the average arrival time is 2-3 days after shipping from our warehouse. Rural area shipping may take a few days longer.
For international orders we ship by US air mai or international priority depending on which of the two are cheapest -- allow 15-20 business days for delivery assuming no custom issues (we fill out the custom forms here and globally ship our items as "gifts". The customer is responsible for all local duties and taxes where applicable.

NOTE: All our fragile Teaware has shipping insurance already calculated into the price.Refunds and replacment requests can be made within 14 days of receipt of item.
Please report any goods you receive damaged to us immediately upon delivery via e-mail to begin the process of replacement or refund. Teas can typically be replaced immediately unless we are out of stock. Damaged teaware may need to go through a shipping insurance claims process. Some unique teaware products may not be replaceable and will require refund.
Tea: If you are not satisfied with any of the teas please return them in original condition for a refund or replacement.
Teaware: We suggest you examine any teaware items you may be interested in online and call or email us with questions before purchasing. Because they are fragile, shipping teaware items back and forth after receiving them should be minimized -- so we encourage questions prior to shipping. We typically only accept teaware returned if it is damaged. Pllease use shipping insurance for any undamaged teaware items (cups, pots) that you send back.
If goods become out of stock after an order is placed, we will refund goods or offer an alternative product. You also have the option of accepting a later delivery.

Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction
Any greentealovers.com purchases or services are governed by New York State Law and deemed to have occurred in the United States.
Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Greentealovers until paid for in full. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
