Ordering Offline Without Credit Card
We prefer that you order online via credit or debit card for your convenience and our auditing trail so that we may serve you better. That is why we use a secure shopping cart system to protect you. However, we appreciate that some of you are not comfortable ordering online via credit card and prefer to send a money order or check (allow 10 business days to clear if it is personal and not certified). We do not recommend, and cannot be held responsible for cash payments shipped via post. Note: We only accept offline payments in USD.
To order offline we suggest you still use the online shopping cart to calculate items, discount coupons and shipping. It is still the most convenient way to calculate totals without actually paying online. Order calculations are all done before you are ever asked for payment information (PAY & FINISH button) so it is a handy way to select and calculate your entire order without paying for it online. Just choose the items you want to purchase on our site and pressing the BUY NOW button after each of them. In the cart you can choose number of items, relavent discount coupons and shipping costs and all will be automatically calculated for your order. You can then either print out that screen from your browser or send a paper copy of the order to us. Just don't press the PAY & FINISH button or enter payment information on the next screen and the order will not be processed online. Instead send the check or money order with your order to:

If one has specific delivery requirements not covered in these guidelines, please contact our customer service before placing the order.
For shipping charges of ten pounds and over, please contact us and we will be happy provide the information.For our international customers, we ship to many countries typically by USPS Air Mail or Global Priority Mail. Many foreign countries will have their shipping charges automatically calculated. If the nature of the order's weight requires manual calculation we will E-mail the customer for confirmation before shipping. Upon receiving the confirmation for the order and shipping charges, we will then process and ship the order by USPS Air Mail or Global Priority Mail. Any customs, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the international customer.
Refunds/Replacements
Refunds and replacment requests can e made within 14 days of receipt of item.
Tea: If you are not satisfied with any of the teas please return them in original condition for a refund or replacement.
Teaware: Please use shipping insurance for any undamaged teaware items (cups, pots) that you send back to us. The teapots and cups are very fragile. Some are limited edition that we cannot reorder again, so we pack them with care and insure them before shipping them out. We suggest you examine any teaware items you may be interested in online and drop us a line if you have questions before purchasing. Because they are fragile, Shipping teaware items back after receiving them is to be avoided if possible so we encourage questions prior to shipping.
Please report any goods you receive damaged upon delivery to us immediately via e-mail to begin the process of replacement or refund. Teas can typically be replaced immediately unless we are out of stock. Damaged teaware may need to go through a shipping insurance claims process. Some unique teaware products may not be replaceable and will require a refund.
If goods become out of stock after an order has been taken we will repay the price of the goods or offer an alternative product. You also have the option of accepting a later delivery.
Data Protection
iNo information will be given to or collected by any third party. Information is only collected in relation to purchase orders, registration and email enquiries and this information is used confidentially by ourselves to enhance future service. If you do not wish to be contacted by Greentealovers.com then please send an email stating "no information" in the subject of the email. Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction
Any greentealovers.com purchases or services are governed by New York State Law will be deemed to have occurred in the United States.
Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Greentealovers until paid for in full. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
