This is a set (20 bags) of our popular Oh-i-ocha sencha in teabag form. Oh-i-ocha sencha produces a deep rich aroma and taste and a bright green tea color. Made only from the first crop of the first season harvested from the uplands of Japan.NOTE: Package may come with Japanese or English (select green tea) labeling.
Hot Tea: Prepare as you would any other tea bag. Boil water, pour in cup, let cool a bit and then infuse the tea bag in water. |
Genmaicha Teabags (Set of Convenient Tea Bags) |

This is a set (20 bags) of Genmaicha: A blend of bancha green tea and Genmai (roasted rice grain). The flavor of Genmaicha is a melange of green tea and roasted rice. The proportioning of tea to rice is important, the more aromatic Genmaicha teas have a higher amount of rice.
Hot Tea: Steep in 190F degree water for 60-120 seconds. |
Houjicha Teabags (Set of Convenient Tea Bags) |

This is a set (20 bags) of Houjicha: A fried green aromatic tea, which is light on the palate with a refreshing roasted flavor. It holds very little astringency. Houjicha has a clear red appearance and is low in caffeine and catechin antioxidants. Bancha and Kukicha are used to make Houjicha grades. Houjicha is fried at high temperature, altering the leaf colors tints from green to red.
